Thank you for subscribing to Monday Power Visu - monthly subscription.

The subscription fee is shown on your receipt.

Your subscription will be renewed automatically each month on the due date.

You will receive a Zoom link to take part in the live guided visualisation. Unless otherwise indicated, the visualisation takes place every Monday at 9 p.m. CET.

1) THE RELATIONSHIP between Eva and the Client.  Eva serves as your partner in self-discovery, personal growth, goal-setting, and goal-reaching through the Guided Power Visu.

Please note that it is actually you, the Client, who determines the eventual outcome based on your level of commitment and focus.

2) CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES / RESULTS:  The Client agrees to make a commitment to take an active part in the process by doing the work involved to get the best results.

3) CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY:

Once you sign up for a monthly subscription Monday Power Visu, you can cancel at any time by contacting assistant.ec@gmail.com; however, to avoid a charge in any given month, you must contact assistant.ec@gmail.com at least 48 business hours before your billing date/time.  Once a charge has been processed there are no refunds.

Declined payments: If a Client's payment declines the Client is responsible for the payment. 

Note:  Any filing of a dispute or chargeback where the payment was due or because a Client didn't adhere to the time frame and policy, the Client has will be canceled until payment is received.

To be fair to all clients, there are NO EXCEPTIONS to the Cancellation/Refund Policy.

Again, you must contact assistant.ec@gmail.com to cancel.  No Other Forms of Communication will be accepted. 

 

4) CONTACT INFORMATION CHANGE: If any changes, the Client agrees to notify support@derekrydall.com to update the Client’s record. The Client also agrees that if using a credit card, that said card will be kept up to date so that payments can process as scheduled.

5) CONFIDENTIALITY:

5a) CONFIDENTIALITY:  The Client agrees to hold confidential all goings-on in this group and not share information about another member of the group with anyone in or out of the group.  The Client realizes that this is a sacred space for all members and is to be held in strict confidence since personal issues may be related by any given member for the purpose of healing and growth.

6) HOLD HARMLESS:  The Client agrees to utilize Monday Power Visu with the full understanding that Eva Cendorsis in no way responsible or liable for their decisions, actions, and their outcomes.

By making a payment for Monday Power Visu, I confirm that I have read, understand, and agree to the aforementioned visualisation policies and description of the same.
